About the Event
This relaxing session includes gentle stretching, slow-moving Tai Chi, and breathing. These exercises will include both standing an seated versions. Let's take a second to breathe, relax, and decompress before the weekend!

I am a Star Wars geek: even my tuxedo cat is named Ahsoka, a famous gray jedi character. I’m also into any modern science fiction genre with a good story.
