Learn how to write different types of poems!

About this Event
This event is all about learning how to express your thoughts through the power of poetry. Your words are important and deserve to be heard. In this event, you'll get to learn the process of writing a poem, work with a group to create our own poems, and work on your own personal poem. Come on by to start creating poems, stories, speeches, and anything else!
All work created during this event is welcome to be shared during Alfred's Poetry Club on Friday's at 11am.
Meet the host

My name is Natalie-- feel free to call me Nat if you'd like! I currently live in Orange County, where I grew up. I have been working in support services for several years and can't wait to get to know everyone in the community! I am currently studying Psychology at CSUF and proudly participate in the Queer research lab on campus called Q-Lab. Outside of work and academics, I enjoy writing for and rocking in bands, going to shows, and creating-- whatever that means! I love gadgets, strategy games, puzzles, books, and (ethical) true crime. I am so stoked to be a part of this team/community! I hope I see you in one of my Live Events!
