Join this Yoga session to stregthen your core and practice your breathing! Your host will guide you through easy yoga routines that will get your mind and body relaxed. This low energy workout is for people of all levels. You don't need to be an expert to join in on the fun!
How it works
- Find a quiet space with lots of room.
- Follow along as your host guides you through the moves (no equipment required).
- Take a few water breaks throughout the session to keep you hydrated.

Hi I’m Caroline Nastor! You can also call me Carol for short. I was a job coach in person before I became part of the Virtual Community as a Life Skills Coach in Easterseals. I am a Star Wars geek: even my tuxedo cat is named Ahsoka, a famous gray jedi character. I’m also into any modern science fiction genre with a good story. On my own time, I like to do martials arts choreography, traveling to new places on my bucket list, listening to music, reading fiction
